National Family Caregiver Program
 

The National Family Caregiver Program offers one time assistance with Respite Care and supplemental services such as purchasing medication, house and rent payments, utility bills, food and medical equipment, and much more depending on the applicant's needs.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Family Caregiver Support Program is to empower caregivers and elders with information on education, support, and services to enhance their quality of life.

History

The Family Caregiver Program has been employed by Community Action since 1991. Funding is received from Central Ohio Area on Aging.

Eligibility Guidelines

Applicants must be Seniors ages 60 and over and must reside in Fayette County.
