There will be a HEALTHY U workshop beginning August 7th . It is 6 sessions and will run for 6 consecutive weeks (skipping Labor Day week) on Mondays from 2-4 at Signature Healthcare on Glenn Ave.(in the dining room). This is free. It is an evidence based program for self-management of any chronic disease. For more information:
