The Homeless Assistance Program

    Assists individuals & families in maintaining housing or utilities

    Provides single men and women with temporary respite in a hotel for a limited amount of time

Documents Needed For Application:

    Letter from the landlord agreeing

        To keep the tenant for at least 30 days after payment

        Stating they will accept a voucher

    Landlord Contact Information

    Eviction Notice (3, 10, or 30 Day Notice)

    One recent pay stub

    Copy of the lease
