Community Action is a partner with the Wallick Group in the renovation of 45 townhouses at the Washington Court Apartments project in Washington Court House. On April 5, an Open House and ribbon cutting were held at the property. Among the guests were Congressman Mike Turner and OHFA Executive Director Doug Garver.
The renovation was financed through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and gap financing from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
