Pathways to Recovery
The purpose of the Pathways to Recovery Program is to reduce the morbidity and mortality related to opioid overdoses in Fayette County, Ohio by strengthening the development of the Faith in Recovery community coalition to prepare individuals with opioid-use disorder (OUD) to start treatment, implement care coordination practices to organize patient care activities, and support individuals in recovery by establishing new peer support activities.
